                                        家乡的味道组诗

                                           一、老家的高桩馍
                                                                  海  虹

                                             一层层揭开
                                             不经意的放在嘴里咀嚼
                                             没有特殊的调料
                                             就是面的清香和
                                             渐渐微甜的涌潮
                                             如一心舟在跳动的地方停泊
                                             那是几百次几千次的揉揣
                                             才有这家乡的光泽
                                             食之爽口的味道

                                             是的  高桩馍
                                             这是它威武的名号
                                             老家壮实的高桩馍
                                             用尽全力的翻搓
                                             呈现自然分层的环绕
                                             每层就像个久远的歌谣
                                             有时吟唱父亲的脊梁
                                             有时高歌母亲的微笑

                                             忽然想找一个有炉火的地方
                                             用儿时的木筷
                                             把这胖胖的馍儿串起
                                             烤出酥焦
                                             揭开一层品尝
                                             再烤出酥焦
                                             一直把这芬芳烤到
                                             在我笔墨下妖娆

              注:  高庄馍,河南省信阳市潢川县一带老百姓喜爱的一种面食,是日常食品。以面粉加少量温水和酵面,和匀揉透,面发起后,再加干面粉,加碱中和拌匀。面团放面板上,再以固定在木桩上的粗竹杠用力下压,一手握竹杠,一手翻叠面团,压三十余次。再将面团分成面剂,个个揉透后,揉成高圆馍头,上笼蒸熟。此馍软硬适当,色白有层次,嚼有甜味。
